Thermoplastic Prepreg
Engineered thermoplastic prepreg nonwovens designed for efficient composite manufacturing, combining consistent resin distribution, fast processing, impact resistance, weldability, and excellent mechanical performance.

Overview
Thermoplastic prepreg nonwovens are engineered materials where reinforcement fibers are pre-impregnated or integrated with thermoplastic resins/fibers to enable efficient composite manufacturing. These materials provide consistent resin distribution, improved processing efficiency, and excellent mechanical performance.
Thermoplastic prepregs offer advantages such as recyclability, fast processing cycles, impact resistance, and weldability, making them ideal for high-volume manufacturing industries such as automotive, aerospace, and industrial equipment.
SENW’s nonwoven expertise enables the development of customized thermoplastic prepreg architectures optimized for performance, weight reduction, and manufacturing efficiency.
